Onceledger collects only what is needed to deliver your order: your name, email address, and order details. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure card checkout; we never receive or store full card numbers.

How we use data

To deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud, and (only if you opt in) send product updates.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processor, email delivery, hosting) and as required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at [email protected]. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR.

Analytics and referrals

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites, to count page views. If you arrive through a referral or campaign link, the referral code and campaign tags (utm_*) are stored in your browser's local storage for 30 days and passed to checkout, so the referrer can be credited. No personal data is stored there. You can clear it anytime by clearing site data.
